Farah and Fedwens are cousins.  They were born in 2004 only 2 months apart and have been best friends since then!  Fedwens father passed away when he was only 5 years old.  Shortly thereafter, his mother moved away and Fedwens hasn't seen her since then.  Farah's parent's haven't been part of her life for several years. She is a sweet intelligent girl and has been eagerly studying and practicing english in addition to her regular subjects.  She enjoys any opportunity to share what she's learning!  The children have been raised by their paternal Grandmother, Rosela, who doesn't know how to read or write.  Fortunately, Liancourt Community Center is available to help both children with their homework.
